It's such a shame that most of the Education postings on Pinterest are USA-based.
Here in the UK, a lot of us teachers use TES Connect, the online version of the Times Educational Supplement. It's a great place to share great teaching resources for free!
I thought I'd upload a couple of my resources for you to see here.

Tagxedo madness
The holidays have given me the chance to learn new programmes that would be fab in the classroom. I've fallen in love with Tagxedo, thanks to the A Turn to Learn blog (loving the Technology Tuesday section - thanks!)Tagxedo is a brilliant website that could have many uses within the classroom. You type in some words or text, and the clever programme will produce a word cloud for you in seconds. With a few extra clicks, the font, colour theme and layout can be changed to your liking. Once finished, it can be saved to use as you wish.
I made a great class door sign with all the kids' names on, but would also be really good for creating topic key word displays.
I'm planning to use this Phonics word cloud as part of my parent workshop, as when you scroll over the words in the Tagxedo, they enlarge; great for discussing specific vocabulary!
I also made Tricky word tagxedoes to be used as a bookmark for my kids. I hope they'll love the fun element, as well as it being educational and motivating!
Let me know what you think xx
